Membership

The network is the net worth.

A private, invitation-only membership society and professional brotherhood. Admission is by nomination and review.

The Rooms

Everything lives in a room of the House.

The Atrium · Fellowship
The commons and the digital home. Guided, curated introductions matched to your goals, each with a written reason it was made. The right six people, not six hundred.
The Roundtable · Counsel
Curated peer counsel and advisory convenings under Chatham House norms. Confidential by design.
The Table · Gathering
The hosted dinners and gatherings that form the relational core. Trust is built in rooms, not platforms.
The Vault · Access and Education
Curated, vetted opportunities and operator introductions surfaced through Atlas Atrium Capital and the Foundation. The Atrium is a conduit to vetted operators. It holds no member capital, runs no fund, and pools nothing.
Eligibility and Prerequisites

The bar is real. Meeting it opens the door.

Meeting the role and track-record criteria opens the door to consideration. It is necessary, and it is not sufficient. Final admission rests on alignment, character, and the strength of what you will add to the room.

I

Role

Founder, owner, principal, managing partner, general partner, or senior operating executive of an operating business or investment vehicle.

II

Track Record

A credible threshold of scale and achievement, treated as a floor and not a target. The specific floor is confirmed in review.

III

Contribution

The willingness and standing to open doors, share considered counsel, surface vetted opportunities, and convene. The Atrium admits contributors, not spectators.

IV

Character and Discretion

Integrity, a long-term orientation, and a commitment to confidentiality. Convenings operate under Chatham House norms.

Standings

Standings within an institution, not packages.

Founding Member
The MMXXVI Charter. Annual dues of $12,000, the rate locked for the life of continuous membership. Founding designation, full access to all four rooms, a voice in governance during the founding period, and recognition in the founding charter.
MMXXVI Charter, closing
Member
The standard standing after the charter closes. Full access to the rooms, without the founding designation or founding governance weight. Dues are set above the founding rate, so the founding standing is plainly valuable.
After the charter
Rising Operator
A mentorship-oriented track for vetted, high-potential founders who clear the character and trajectory bar while still building toward the full floor, with a defined path to full membership.

The Case to Join

Standing is earned, not purchased.

Every community claims network and access. The difference here is what stands behind the claim: a closed door, a real bar, and a room of people who were vetted and who contribute. Standing is conferred by invitation and contribution, never bought as a badge. That is the quiet line between a room worth entering and a seal anyone with a credit card can hold.

I

Proximity Compounds

The return on the right room is access you cannot assemble alone or buy piecemeal. Relationships, over time, are the asset.

II

Curation Is the Product

The vetting and the closed door are what make the introductions worth having. Crowded is the enemy of valuable.

III

Trust Is the Channel

Operator access and considered counsel move through relationships and discretion, not cold outreach.

IV

The Standard Is the Legacy

The summit is the standard. Membership is a commitment to a level, and to the people who hold it.

The founding charter is open once. The rate, the standing, and the chance to shape the institution are available now, and not again.

Application and Nomination

Two doors. One standard.

I

Nomination or sponsored application

Enter by nomination from an existing member, or by sponsored application. Invitation only throughout.

II

Interview

A private conversation on fit, character, and what you will add to the room.

III

Decision

A considered decision by the review body. Application is the beginning of consideration, not admission.

If you meet the standard, the conversation begins privately.
